yes — but the degree to which loki will be reciprocal will 100% depend on the nature of cr in question. as a general, overarching whole, loki is very unlikely to be (genuinely) physically affectionate. however, from an rp perspective, it's not something that's out of bounds!

FLIRTING.
yes — chances are, loki's reciprocation isn't going to be genuine, but he may flirt back (or instigate) if it strikes him as fun/entertaining/etc etc enough, or if there's a strong enough payout for him.

SHIPPING.
